**You as a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Superintendent will**:

- Provide direction and coordination during commissioning and closeout of all building M&E systems- Plan the M&E components of a major construction project and provide input to construction schedule(s) in conjunction with the Project Manager and Scheduler
- Lead M&E project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression of building systems for the construction project
- Review M&E changes received from the architect, and M&E subconsultants to ensure they are in compliance with the project specification and review subcontractor prices on these changes- Oversee the execution of the subcontractor's M&E quality program- Provide design and constructability reviews for mechanical and electrical building system; have a good understanding of M&E Building codes and standards- Be a team player and provide mentorship and guidance to junior M&E employees

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a construction related degree/diploma or eight to ten years of M&E construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
- Ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes and produce workable solutions while coordinating multiple building processes
- You have excellent skills in computer programs like MS Office Suite, ACAD, ADOBE, and Primavera
