As a custom manufacturer we need people who can be comfortable adapting and changing to the new challenges that arise as we work. We are a Manufacturing Service - that means service is at our core. We exist to help solve the needs and problems of others, you must be someone who is comfortable serving and support others. We will do this both inside and outside of the organization.

**Objective**
To help Canplex Profiles Inc. fulfill its mission by managing the day-to-day administration of the company.
**Canplex Profiles Inc. Mission**

**Responsible to**:Controller & Office Manager
**Responsible for**:Ensuring basic office administration tasks as assigned by Leadership, Senior Leadership and Executive Leadership are completed.
**Expected Results**
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Leadership Teams in a timely and organized and professional manner.
- Represent Canplex appropriately inside and outside the organization.
**General Responsibilities**
- Greet all visitors to the office, and direct them accordingly. Ensure that all visitors to the building have signed the visitors’ log.
- Answer all incoming calls in a businesslike manner, distribute as necessary, take messages when required or forward to voice mail as necessary
- Open all incoming mail, courier-delivered packages, and distribute to concerned parties
- Mail - daily - stamp and take to closest mail box for delivery
- Coordination of courier shipments.
- Organize on-site meals for meetings as requested, including ordering, and picking up as necessary.
- Preparation of letters or other documentation as required
