Vous assurez la réception et la gestion des demandes d’incident ou de service transmises au centre d’assistance informatique. Vous trouvez également des solutions efficaces pour assurez une résolution optimale des billets en cours dans des délais raisonnables et conformément aux normes et procédures TI, ou soumettez les incidents non résolus aux équipes concernées. Ainsi, vous contribuez à offrir un service TI de grande qualité auprès de vos partenaires.
- Vos responsabilités**Imputable**
- De répondre aux billets des usagers dans les délais prescrits- De proposer des solutions adéquates aux problèmes soumis par les partenaires d’affaires**Responsable**
- Participer aux tâches relatives au parc informatique (monter de nouveaux postes, rotations, mises à jour, déplacement d’équipement, inventaire, etc.)- Consigner les solutions mises en place- Veiller au respect des procédures et les normes TI- Effectuer la gestion des billets dans ITSM- Votre bagage et vos forces- Un grand souci de la satisfaction des partenaires d’affaires doublé d’une bonne écoute- La rigueur pour produire les livrables sous sa responsabilité- Le discernement qui permet d’assurer le suivi et la réalisation efficace des solutions compte tenu des priorités de l’entreprise- Un excellent anglais écrit et parlé pour soutenir des échanges de calibre professionnel**Compétences comportementales reliées à ce poste**
