**Full time: 37.5 hours / week, HYBRID MODE**

With well over 40 years of experience in the world of lighting, BAZZ is the market leader in recessed lighting across Canada. In its mission of designing, distributing and manufacturing light fixtures, BAZZ develops not only recessed lighting but everything from pendants, wall lamps, ceiling fixtures to track-lights, under-cabinet lighting and so much more. We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist. This person will oversee all BAZZ online listings and promotions on all major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify etc.
Reporting to the IT manager, this person will also actively collaborate with all cross-functional teams and will be part of a small, multidisciplinary team. Bilingual and autonomous, this person will work closely with sales, operations and production departments.

**Online Listing Management**
- Create new product listings, including writing product descriptions, as well as coordinating the acquisition of digital assets (ex. pictures, images etc) with members of the content team;
- Upload new products and update existing products on each platform;
- Manage the marketing and promotional calendar for each platform;
- Keep customer item up-to-date in BAZZ’s ERP (Microsoft GP);
- Coordinate with outsourced teams for special projects related to BAZZ Online Business (ex.

BAZZ Smart Home SEO, promotions, content, and inventory strategies);
- Provide English language copywriting for any projects that come up within the larger BAZZ organization.

**Online Sales Strategies**
- Participate in growing e-commerce sales across platforms;
- Initiate new online accounts;
- Monitor eCommerce orders;
- Upload and manage pricing for all accounts;
- Produce and analyze sales reports by client and by item using GP management system.

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**
- 2-5 years of eCommerce experience preferably in a web merchandiser role; or ability to demonstrate aptitudes for the role through other relevant work experience such as web content manager;
- Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or relevant field;
- Experience, knowledge and interest of eCommerce trends and best practices;
- Process oriented, methodical and organized : ability to prioritize, organize and execute in a systematic and organized manner;
- Analytical : experience conducting business data analysis;
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with eCommerce platforms back-end systems;
- Amazon know-how in Search Engine Ranking is an asset;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams;
- Autonomous, flexible, resourceful and proactive. Comfortable working in new and changing environments while exuding a positive attitude;
- Fully bilingual.

Cette personne sera responsable de la gestion du catalogue et des promotions en-ligne de BAZZ sur les principales plateformes web telles que Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify etc. Cette personne relèvera du directeur TI et travaillera dans une petite équipe multidisciplinaire. Elle doit être débrouillarde et bilingue.

**Description des responsabilités**

**Gestion du catalogue en-ligne**
- Ajouter les nouveaux produits au catalogue en-ligne incluant écrire les descriptions et faire la coordination avec l’équipe contenu pour obtenir les images, photos etc dans le but d’optimiser les ventes;
- Suivre et mettre à jour les informations produits sur les plateformes;
- Gérer le calendrier marketing et promotions sur les plateformes;
- Mettre à jour les informations liées aux produits et aux clients dans le système ERP de BAZZ
