Nova Wood Products is an industry-leading architectural woodwork company with expertise in supplying the construction industry in Atlantic Canada & New England. We provide our clients with custom fabricated wood products that meet or exceed architectural specifications working closely with the design authority.

We are offering a unique experience as a **Draftsperson/Project Coordinator **in the construction industry. You will provide excellent Drafting and Coordination within our team, and be a part of an existing group of highly skilled professionals where commitment to excellence is a core value. This position reports to our Engineering Manager.

This opportunity is located in **Lunenburg, NS**, a beautiful UNESCO heritage town whose 250 years of history allows an exceptional work/life balance.

**Type**:Full-time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and check design documentation
- Generate and maintain accurate shop drawings and related submittals
- Create and maintain product technical data, including LEED documentation
- Work effectively and communicate well with team members
- Work closely with Project Managers & Engineering Team
- Provide solutions to reduce waste and improve efficiencies

**Education & Experience**:

- Educational training and/or experience in AutoCAD
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, but not required
- Experience in any of the following areas is considered an asset:

- Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Woodworking, Cabinetmaking
