**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist eager to dive into a variety of projects at an award-winning brokerage. You'll be involved in everything from design and digital advertising to creating compelling content for our website and social media channels. **Responsibilities**:

- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
- Execute and monitor Facebook and other social media ads to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Update and maintain our website, enhancing user experience and SEO.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop tailored marketing strategies for property listings.
- Analyze campaign performance, adapting strategies to improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong design skills with experience in digital content creation.
- Proficient with social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of website management and SEO principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
