**RESUME DU POSTE**
Vous serez chargé(e) de coordonner et de gérer les activités relatives aux clients qui vous ont été assignées sur une base individuelle ou en équipe afin de veiller à ce que nous fournissions des produits et des services qui répondent aux attentes de notre clientèle. Le Spécialiste des services clients à la responsabilité de comprendre les exigences des clients et d’analyser et fournir des conseils sur la meilleure façon de répondre à ceux-ci du point de vue de la fabrication d'imprimés.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES**
- Développer une connaissance générale des produits et services fournis par DCM. Au besoin, se référer aux collègues des opérations afin d’obtenir une expertise en la matière pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Comprendre et interpréter les demandes des clients et traduire ces demandes en instructions et en spécifications de production à réaliser pour atteindre les résultats souhaités par les clients.
- Diriger les activités des clients liées à la coordination de la production et de l'exécution des commandes.
- Traiter directement les demandes des clients ou d'un associé des ventes concernant les commandes, l’inventaire, les prix, les livraisons, les demandes de renseignements généraux, les problèmes des clients puis diriger l'identification des problèmes et la création de solutions.
- Conseiller et recommander les meilleurs processus de fabrication pour répondre aux attentes du client, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le volume, la quantité, le papier, la finition et la mode de livraison.
- Répondre en temps utile aux demandes de prix, à la mise en place d'articles, à la tarification des contrats et à toutes les autres tâches administratives qui peuvent être requises.
- Travailler avec les équipes internes pour développer des échéanciers de travail qui pourraient avoir un large éventail de points de contact et de dépendances.
- Gérer les niveaux d'inventaire des clients par le biais d'une analyse de l’historique de consommation et en émettre des recommandations éclairées
- Recueillir les données nécessaires à l'élaboration des revues d'affaires des partenaires (PBR) ou au besoin d'autres rapports pour les clients.
- Communication efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Compréhension totale des conditions contractuelles du client, de l'énoncé des travaux et des accords de niveau de service, selon les besoins.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

- Polyvalence (dois être capable de traiter régulièrement de multiples demandes par courriel et des suivis de projets).
- Esprit d'analyse avec de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes
- Axé sur les processus
- Souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Connaissance intermédiaire de la suite Microsoft (Excel et Outlook).
- Une connaissance de la production imprimée et/ou une compréhension de l'impression numérique, de l'impression grand format, de l'offset et des processus connexes serait un atout.
