**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:

- As the Manager, ReBIRD Retail Operations, you will lead the operational team in developing the strategy and execution to support the ReBIRD programming inside of Retail. You will provide expertise, leadership, and support cross-functionally in order to establish, evolve, scale and support ReBIRD tangible experiences. Working closely with the broader ReBIRD team: ReCARE Operations (supporting the operations of our warranty and repairs program) and ReGEAR (supporting the commercial experience for trade-in and resale), your role is crucial in ensuring consistency in post-purchase experience across our global channels and regions and will directly partner with the Vertical (Retail and eCommerce), IS and Brand delivery teams.

**If you were a Manager, ReBIRD Retail Operations, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Developing and leading the ReBIRD Retail Operations roadmap with a focus on long-term objectives, strategy, and implementation
- Managing the delivery of the ReBird Operations Strategy, ensuring delivery and implementation and an excellent experience in coordination with the Retail Training team
- Ensuring that the post-purchase Guest experience is consistent across all Retail and activations, and compliant with our Global Playbook standards
- Managing all ReBIRD Operational Programs, partnering with Retail Ops Solutions and Retail Training throughout all programs to ensure they are delivered successfully
- Partnering with the ReGEAR team to create a harmonious guest and front-line experience for trade-in and resale, reducing friction where possible
- Establishing best practices and driving alignment on processes, practices and procedures to the current Retail standard operating procedures
- Managing a collaborative operations feedback loop between Retail stores, ReBIRD, and the Retail Training and Operational Solutions team
- Leading the delivery of Brand store software solutions that will elevate in-store experience for our Guests and Staff
- Partnering cross-functionally in the development of business cases for ReBIRD offerings, to improve operational effectiveness, and accomplish the departmental strategy for Retail experience

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Recruiting, on-boarding, coaching, performance evaluations, development, and retention of a high-performing team
- Developing new roles and training plans for store teams as ReBIRD offerings expand
- Recommending and conducting audits to improve performance, process adherence, and visibility across the ReBIRD Service Center network

**Are you our next Manager, ReBIRD Retail Operations?**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business or a related field
- You have 5+ years’ experience working within a vertical Retail environment in (preferably apparel) Retail Training or Guest Services, preferably with a focus on operations
- You have 3+ years of experience leading a team
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have strong attention to detail
- You have strong leadership capabilities with experience building high-performing teams
- You are an expert in spotting scalable improvement opportunities translating to business performance growth
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
- You have experience with, or as a technician, for apparel or gear
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Suite)
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
- You are able to travel (domestically and internationally) as required
