**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:

- As the ReCARE (After-Sales) Analyst, your expertise in analysis and data-driven insights supports key decisions on product service, repair, and long-term strategy Reporting to the Manager, ReCare Strategy and Analysis you will work closely with cross-functional partners of the ReBIRD program including Guest Services, Retail, Finance, Logistics and Design to deliver a best in class guest experience that extends the lifecycle of Arc’teryx products. - and long-term strategy to deliver on a best-in-class guest experience, while balancing budget. You will provide complex mathematical and financial modelling, forecasting, detailed financial reports, supporting analysis, and research to support the business.

**Meet Your Future Team**:

- Under the ReBIRD (Circular Programming) umbrella, the ReCARE (After-Sales) team supports the operations of our warranty and repairs program. The Global ReCARE program focuses on an exceptional Guest experience at all Commercial touchpoints, inclusive of Guest Services, After Sales, Branded activations, and especially within our owned Vertical channels, Retail and eCommerce.

**If you were the ReCARE Analyst now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Performing data manipulation and analysis (graphical and statistical) to support key performance metrics across the service and repair network
- Maintaining recurring forecasts and supporting the development of new forecasting techniques: ie. inbound volume, inventory for all replacement products and parts, raw material for repair across all channels and regions
- Collaborating with the service delivery, retail, and repair teams to gain an understanding of the business at both a tactical and strategic level
- Participating in developing standards to maximize operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and work to remove any roadblocks
- Creating reproducible and scalable tools for unit and resolution cost analysis and tracking
- Developing budget, capacity and raw materials forecasting, and providing monthly and annual, quarterly and monthly analysis
- Developing and maintaining cross functional relationships to achieve business objectives while ensuring program consistency
- Preparing ad-hoc reports, analysis, and calculations

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Supporting the creation of financial business cases for strategic initiatives in ReBird, Repair and Product Care
- Supporting the creation and reporting of sustainability metrics and measuring the impact of the service and repair program, in partnership with our Sustainability team
- Improving data through research and analysis of after-sales product returns and trends in support of the product feedback loop
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence, Design and Quality Control; representing company needs in after-sales returns and service data needs, trouble-shooting BI tools, and working on projects to enable informed decision making
- Understanding and teaching others about global service delivery systems and processes in relation to regional differences and constraints for reporting visibility

**Are you our next ReCARE Analyst?**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business or a related field
- You have 3+ years experience synthesizing complex analysis into actionable insights and presenting insights to senior leaders
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and express ideas clearly through visualizations, written documents and presentations
- You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Power B.I. and SQL)
- You have experience balancing customer focus with long-term strategic goals and operational constraints, and you take initiative in documenting and presenting opportunities for improvement
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident at distilling complex information in an easily understood, actionable way
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
- You are able and willing to travel as required
