Our Customer Service Team, within our global Commercial Group, needs the next, great **Customer Service Manager**, to ensure our internal and external customers experience exceptional service. This position is suited for customer-focused, self-directed, solution-seekers; individuals that thrive in managing a team in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to shake things up, take the comfortable and familiar and make it uncomfortable through new ideas.

Your strong ability to lead, mentor and guide the customer service team will result in high-quality interactions and address the many complexities and challenges that can arise. Collaboration is key in this role, working with many internal departments, setting the standard for quality while streamlining and optimizing the processes will be imperative. Previous experience with a CRM (customer relationship management) system, will help you succeed in this role as it is heavily focused on administration and data management.

Although no two days are the same, here are some of the activities you will focus on:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the customer service team to deliver high-quality service.
- Guide on complex customer issues and ensure team members are equipped to handle challenges effectively.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Supervise order processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Implement data quality standards and ensure data integrity for better decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy of the CRM data, track Service Level Agreements, and adjust strategy/plans based on data analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
