**DESCRIPTION**:
Provide customers with accurate estimates and work to win sales for the company. As it relates to insurance work, you will be expected to develop good relationships with adjustors and insurance representatives and provide pricing and project details in compliance with our agreements with different insurance companies. Proficiency in Xactimate is a requirement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement lead campaigns alongside Marketing team
- Develop relationships with Property Managers, General Contractors, and condo boards
- Provide estimates as requested
- Expand sales and develop new areas of work
- Follow up on estimates given to obtain signed contracts
- Preparing projects by dealing with details with customer and creating work orders
- assist Project Manager as needed
- Inspect, scope and estimate insurance claims
- Develop sales strategies in keeping with the market

**SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Available to work evenings and weekends when customers are most available
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and exteriors as an installer or extensive experience in sales in a related field
- Have experience handling exteriors insurance claims
- Able to deal with customers in a self-motivated and pleasant manner
- Familiar with roofing, and exterior products
- Willing to take orders and work on our sales team
- Ability to prioritize, assess, and complete work efficiently
- Diligent work ethic and positive attitude
- Enjoys interacting with people, including an ability to build appropriate rapport
- Ability to work alone and complete physical work when required
- Read, understand, and comply with all Epic Roofing Ltd general and safety policies, procedures, and practices
- Familiarity with Xactimate is a requirement
- Moderate ability to work on computers, and able to navigate Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
- Adequate typing speed is a requirement
- Clean driving record required in order to operate company vehicles
- A self starter able to self manage

**MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
This position is conducted in a field setting, often on active construction sites. Applicant must be able to perform the following:

- Bend
- Stoop
- Reach
- Lift
- Walk on uneven terrain
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and working on heights
- Move and carry construction materials and supplies that may weigh in excess of 25 kg
- Overtime as required
- Hazards associated with the trade
- Working outdoors in various elements
