**Position Title**: Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer)

**Location**: Hybrid, must have reliable transportation to Red Deer on a consistent basis

**Position Type**: Full time

**Salary Range**: $40,000 - $50,000

**Reports To**: Manager, Programs and Services

**What will you be doing as the Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer)?**

As our Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer), you will become an integral part of our Programs & Services department. You will be responsible for overseeing, developing and managing our Red Deer operations, as well as curating and leading a dedicated team of support staff to ensure our programs are inclusive, safe, and provide fun and enriching experiences for all who wish to participate.

The Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer) is also a member of the Between Friends Leadership Team who are responsible for the direction, strategy, and operations of the organization. As a leader and supervisor in the organization the Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer) is expected to act as role model to all staff, uphold the values and Quality Standards of Between Friends, and be committed to advancing our vision and mission.

For our Team Lead, Programs (Red Deer) we are looking for the following:
