**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an accomplished Analyst to join our Regulatory team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

- assist in the provision of regulatory services to our clients, primarily in FATCA and CRS related services
- preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS annual filings
- collection and review of documentation for the classification of account holders in accordance with FATCA and CRS standards and updating of systems
- liaison with clients, investors, investment managers and other third parties in various international jurisdictions

**What You Bring**
- a university graduate with an excellent academic background, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- one to two years relevant experience in FATCA/CRS or similar regulatory services, accounting or data management in the investment funds industry
- Some understanding of FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements would be preferable, however, not required
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documentation in line with specific requirements
- the ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently and work well under pressure to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines
- a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required

**À propos du poste**
- aider à fournir des services de réglementation à nos clients, principalement dans le cadre des services liés à la Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) et à la Norme commune de déclaration (NCD);
- préparer et soumettre des documents annuels concernant la FATCA et la NCD, la collecte et l’examen de la documentation pour la classification des titulaires de comptes, conformément aux normes de la FATCA et de la NCD, et la mise à jour des systèmes;
- assurer la liaison avec des clients, des investisseurs, des gestionnaires de placements et d’autres tiers dans divers pays.
