**Position Title: Office Associate**
**Overview**: The Office Associate role in our e-commerce company is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues. The Office Associate will work closely with various teams to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing and Management**:
- Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders and ensure timely shipment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Secondary School (required)
- Advanced Excell knowledge
- Proven experience in an office position, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English language and grammar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
