**SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout the Ottawa International Airport, including: Starbucks, Cork & Well, Darcy McGees, Cafe En Vin, Jetbox, Tim Horton's.**At SSP Canada, our Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the staff who work behind the scenes at a food and beverage establishment. They work closely with kitchen staff, barbacks, and bussers to ensure that the back-of-house runs smoothly. They are an important member of a restaurant team to ensure operations run as expected.

**Skills and Other Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in food service environment in progressive roles
- High school diploma, preferred
- Verbal and written communication is essential
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders
- Basic mathematical skills
- Food handlers permit, as required by law
- Brand Certification, as required
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time.
