**E-commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Summary of role**:

- Collaborate with the Senior Management team and 3rd party consulting team to lead, develop, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online sales, increase brand awareness, and achieve ROI targets.
- 60% focus on B2C e-commerce marketing operations and 40% cross-functional support on our retail marketing needs

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Identify target audiences, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

**2. SEO & SEM**
- Conduct keyword research and analysis and share with the Product and Sales Team
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
- Optimize ad copy, keywords, and bid strategies.
- Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms.
- Monitor and report on SEO and Campaign performance.
- Plan and implement paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals and track content engagement and performance.

**4. E-commerce Marketing Operations Management**
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools and identify improvement areas
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the user experience and website functionality.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

5. **Customer Experience Management**
- Showcase positive feedback / Generate insights from customer reviews / maintain customer satisfaction by managing customer interactions.
- Navigate and manage customer experience insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics.
- Google Ads and other digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and data-driven decision-making.
