**Division info**:
The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

**Summary of position**:
The Human Resources Business Partner will build strong rapport with all levels of within the facility by establishing a trustworthy and credible relationship by acting as a trusted advisor on a variety of complex HR matters while proactively engaging with all levels to understand their business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Oversees administration of all benefits, enrollments, terminations, and answers questions.
- Overseas the recruitment process and monitors the headcount with the GM
- Oversees and coordinates onboarding and reviews
- Review/Develop policies, procedure, and legal updates with HR Manager.
- Answers employee queries.
- Assists Manager with tracking of HR information, reports, and presentations.
- Assists Payroll department with payroll related duties as needed.
- Payroll coordination and logging of any payroll changes submitted bi-weekly to the Payroll
- Assists with employee relations and investigations.
- Manages training program, requirements, record retention and reporting.
- Responsible for employee engagement event planning and initiatives.
- Maintain visitor and employee CGP regulations and monitoring.
- Ensures personnel files are up to date.
- Actively seeks out sources of new funding for training grants, apprenticeship programs
- Maintains confidentiality in all work.
- Special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- College or University Diploma, in Human Resources or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist role with experience in benefits administration, health and safety, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Expertise in Windows computing environment and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems, UKG preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Customer service focus is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative and ownership for a wide range of responsibilities.
