Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP is a leading Western Canadian OEM distributor of commercial turf maintenance and other equipment including Toro, Yamaha, Pisten Bully, BOSS Plow, etc.

Our business seeks the addition of a Service Advisor/Corporate Warranty Administrator suitable to fill a position for our Calgary, Alberta Head Office location, located in the Foothills Industrial Park.

Responsibilities for the position include:

- Service intakes and outtakes for customer equipment;
- Assist in keeping an up-to-date service department schedule to manage workflow;
- Provide recommendations for workflow and schedule, based on customer expectations;
- Answering phone call enquiries pertaining to different areas of the service department and directing calls;
- Communication with customers on progress reports and completion calls;
- Creating internal sales and repair, customer invoiced and warranty work orders as required for various product lines;
- Open order and invoice verification of work orders prior to invoicing;
- Invoice processing to customer and COD accounts;
- Supply purchase orders and invoice verification of items ordered and related to the service department and business operations;
- Contact and arrange pick up or disposal of service-related items in conjunction with our onsite recycling;
- Pick up and deliver goods (when required, not requiring the use of a trailer);
- Complete and submit product registrations for new sales through the service department;
- Corporate warranty claims submissions for all Oakcreek product lines;
- Perform other service-related duties and tasks as may be directed by management from time to time.
- Mechanical aptitude will show to be an asset;
- Minimum two years of related work experience;
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other relevant computer programs;
- Proficient in data organization and entry;
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines;
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize issues;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as with a team;
- Friendly, approachable and patient demeanor;
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results;
- Forklift experience an asset but we are willing to train if necessary;
- Driver’s licence in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
