**We are currently seeking an experienced BCBA Program Manager to join our team This is a Full-time Employee position.**

**ABA Academy** is Ontario's market leader specializing exclusively in ABA therapy. Working in multidisciplinary teams with teachers and other professionals, we create access to educational solutions so families can be confident in the future of their children when facing Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental exceptionalities. We are pleased to offer in-home and community-based services across the Greater Toronto Area including Etobicoke, North York, Markham, Thornhill, Toronto, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Richmond Hill.

**Reporting to the Director and as a member of the clinical team, the Program Manager will implement Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) as well as provide supervision, management, support and professional development to the company's Clinical operations.**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) activities related to clinical program supervision and training.
- Drive activities related to supervision and management of clinical operations/programs.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff.
- Coordinate and conduct clinical evaluations and performance reviews of senior clinical staff.
- Assist in supervising the training package delivered to clinical staff.
- Manage clinical staff and conduct disciplinary processes when needed.
- Address client-related and staff-related complaints or issues.
- Develop and improve clinical processes.
- Support and provide relief as a backup to clinical staff on an as-needed basis.
- Review and approve the weekly clinical schedule for clinical staff and clients.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team and clients to address program-related issues.
- Supervise and monitor the quality and consistent delivery of the program.
- Communicate with external organizations to arrange community-based ABA therapy.
- Coordinate with the Toronto District School Board to deliver school-based ABA supports.
- Follow and ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and processes set within the company.
- Report to the Director of ABA Academy.
- Other related job duties as assigned by the Director.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical and program supervision, assessment and direct service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience supervising and managing clinical operations.
- Excellent management, leadership, clinical, administrative, problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and staff.
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Google Workspace, and related productivity apps.
- Must have a valid licence to drive in Ontario, access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel across the Greater Toronto Area.
- Available to work during weekdays, weekends and/or evenings based on clients' and/or staff needs.
- Recent Police Check (not older than 6 months)
- First Aid/CPR certification
