**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in agricultural research or a related agricultural field.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable learner who can quickly grasp new concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable in soil preparation methods and soil health management practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to research sites as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of agricultural research projects.
- Assisting in bee pollination operations such as traying, assembling bee blocks, and structures, and punching out bee larvae
- Conduct field experiments, collect data, and analyze results
- Assist in soil preparation activities such as plowing, tilling, and soil sampling.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize research methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in agricultural science and incorporate relevant findings into research projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during fieldwork activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications.
