**The Role**:
**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Play a key role in IT Onboarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Ensure requests and issues are properly documented and effectively resolved in a timely manner while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
- Take part in other IT projects and change initiatives as required.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to research solutions and present ideas to non-technical audience.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with keen attention to details.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science and/or 2-3 years of work experience in the IT field.
- One or more of the following certifications:

- CompTIA A+
- Network +
- Microsoft
- ITIL
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, printers/scanners, and audio/visual equipment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory as well as Azure AD administration.
- Proven skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN related issues.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and other associates.
- Customer service focus.
- Nice to have: Retail / POS experience.

Work Conditions
- 40-hour (temporarily hybrid) work week with on-call rotation.
- Travel to Company’s stores and other locations as required.
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
- Comfortable with handling tools to repair IT equipment and network wiring.
