IT Helpdesk Analyst

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Providing Tier 2/3 technical design and support services
- Provide senior support with regards to Windows Server, SAN, SCCM, Kaseya, GPOs, AD and Exchange on-premise.
- Supporting M365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, AAD, InTune etc)
- Supporting Endpoint Security Products and Baselines
- Maintain and improve data backup activates and administrate data storage systems
- Be accountable for the execution of all patching activities
- Manage local and remote assets in various geographic locations
- Monitor servers and peripheral equipment to detect faulty output or machine stoppage
- Provide support to all users of IT equipment by troubleshooting/follow up on reported hardware/software problems
- Document all client interactions, assets defects and suggestions in the ticketing system
- Execute changes
- Increase the knowledge base
- Always consider cyber security by design in any IT task
- Active directory (User onboarding, offboarding, file share access, distribution groups etc.)
- Exchange Online
- Printer configuration (local and network)
- Software troubleshooting, ticketing tools experience
- Imaging the computers, managing the inventory
- VPN
- On site experience with workstation setup and troubleshooting

Below Skills are essential:
Excel - Mid level

Knowledge on how to compare data within multiple excel sheets and using Functions especially Vlookup

Powershell - Beginner to mid level

Knowledge on how to pull reports from various systems such as AD and AZ AD and also manage these using powershell

Active directory - Mid level

Knowledge on AD replications and other aspects such as managing users and group objects using powershell.

DHCP - Mid level

DNS - Mid level

Managing endpoints and servers Mid level with knowledge on managing multiple computers and servers i.e. deploy software and make changes to them in bulk

Office 365 - Mid level for AZ AD

**Minimum Position Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of experience working in Microsoft Windows Server on-premises
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10, Server and M365.
- Technical experience with network management will be a plus
- Broad and in-depth technical expertise in multiple disciplines especially Client/Server, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties appropriately.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer relationship, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and propose new IT business processes and systems
- Ability to take ownership, demonstrate sense of urgency and drive operational excellence

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
