**Sommaire du poste** : Le titulaire de ce poste une assistance technique en matière de recherche juridique et sera amené à rédiger divers actes de procédures légales et projets d’entente. Elle ou il assure le maintien et l’indexation des systèmes de classification relativement au recouvrement de comptes à recevoir des anciens locataires de CAPREIT. La personne qui occupe le poste doit pouvoir travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.

**Responsabilités**:
Demande en indemnité de relocation et dommages:

- Ouverture des dossiers dans notre système de collection;
- Préparation des demandes / amendement pour les dossiers des anciens résidents;
- Représenter l’entreprise devant le TAL pour l’ensemble du portefeuille de CAPREIT;
- Faire les demandes de dépistage;
- Préparer et tenir un tableau de suivi relativement aux demandes de dépistages;
- Communiquer avec le gestionnaire de propriété et le personnel d'immeuble au sujet des dommages liés au départ des locataires;

Mesures d’exécution des décisions:

- Prendre des décisions relativement aux mesures d’exécution à prendre afin de recouvrir les créances;
- Prendre des décisions pour quel dossier nous transmettons à une Agence de collection externe;

Administration:

- Procéder à diverses recherches et analyses appropriées en matière juridique, notamment en droit immobilier;
- Suivi auprès d’huissiers, syndics, compagnies de dépistage, palais de justice et autres;
- Compilera des données menant à l’élaboration de statistiques et des tableaux de suivis dans son secteur d’activités;
- Déterminer les moyens les plus efficaces et économiques de recouvrement pour chaque compte; appliquer les pratiques normalisées avec la diligence requise pour percevoir les sommes dues; composer la correspondance nécessitant une connaissance des procédures et des pratiques de recouvrement et expédier une variété de lettres de recouvrement aux anciens locataires;
- Appliquer les paiements reçus aux comptes appropriés, tout en rédigeant des notes comptables précises pour chaque transaction; effectuer le rapprochement des dossiers à l'aide des rapports informatiques; apporter les ajustements ou corrections nécessaires.
- Maintenir les dossiers concernant les comptes en souffrance, en documentant en détail les méthodes utilisées pour obtenir les paiements dans le logiciel Juris-Évolution;
- Communiquer avec les anciens résidents et établir les raisons expliquant la situation de compte en souffrance; prendre des arrangements de paiement et assurer le suivi afin de vérifier que l'entente est respectée.
- Effectuer des appels de recouvrement, occasionnellement et au besoin, en dehors des heures normales de bureau.
- Pallier aux tâches des collègues du département, en cas d’absence ou de surcharge de travail;
- Ouverture des dossiers au Biens non-réclamés ainsi que la préparation et suivi de la réclamation
- Faire des recherches au RDPRM;
- Pour les anciens résidents, faire la preuve de réclamation et le suivi auprès des Syndics de faillite;
- Assistera dans la préparation de diverses formations annuelles qui sont offertes aux employés;
- Effectuer les autres tâches pouvant lui être assignées à l'occasion.

**Profil recherché**:
**_ Formation et expérience_**:

- Études en cours ou obtention d’un diplôme en techniques juridiques (un atout majeur)
- 1-2 années d’expérience en administration et /ou affaires juridiques (un atout)
- Posséder 2-3 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Doit posséder une voiture car le travail nécessite des déplacements de façons régulières dans différent district aux alentours de Montréal;
- Bilingue français/anglais.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Expérience en représentation auprès du Tribunal administratif du logement (un atout)
- Posséder des connaissances sur SAP (un atout).
