Ritestart Limited is COR Certified General Contractor in the ICI sector and is looking for qualified, knowledgeable, adaptable individual looking to develop their career as Construction Project Coordinator. Based out of Burlington, Ontario we specialize in renovations, retrofits, new builds and additions in the industrial/commercial/institutional sectors and we are a growing.

In this position you will report to one or more Project Managers and Management and develop and maintain relationships with superintendents, suppliers and subcontractors, clients and consultants. Your versatility and productivity will be an asset to the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist in contract and contract revision preparation and distribution
- Maintain Project Logs via Procore
- Prepare project reports and assist the Project Manager(s) with all aspects of the project as required
- Plan, Prepare and Maintain all close-out documents, including as-builts, manuals, warranties, and other maintenance information, distribute same
- Prepare original budgets, price and process changes and internal accounting revisions for approval
- Enter and maintain directories, prepare project plans, and writing and drawing phasing and sequencing plans
- Prepare, collect, distribute, and maintain project start-up documentation for Ritestart and trade contractors
- Assist and summarize events for Management and Project Manager for risk items including assisting with notices and claims
- Understand and prepare preliminary, interim, and baseline schedules for distribution to all parties
- Have a strong understanding of CCDC2 and CCDC5B prime contracts and CCA1 subcontracts
- Conduct professionally with mindset to obtain project, consultant, and client references and repeat business.
- Other duties as may be required

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in civil, architectural, construction workeragement or similar
- Must have relevant experience in a similar role in construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project
- Bluebeam proficiency
- Procore proficiency
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Assist with value engineering to meet client budget requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, clients, architects and consultants
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview and based on relevant experience and value._

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
