**Duties include**:

- Managing office operations, including organizing meetings/schedules, maintaining supplies, and overseeing administrative tasks.
- Providing general administration support to the office and other departments as needed
- Handling day to day matters of building and facility maintenance at head office
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Planning and scheduling head office events
- Arranging catering for events
- Maintaining marketing project plan and schedules
- Providing detailed reports to the President of weekly progress on various marketing initiatives.
- Involvement in monitoring and responding to social media comments, while ensuring all communication meets the standards required by the organization.
- Proofreading and checking documents, web sites, marketing campaigns and communications for mistakes, typos, incorrect information.
- Ensure all technical marketing information is current and dialogued
- Coordinate handoffs and information sharing between Marketing and other departments
- Procuring and coordinating with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and events.
- Planning all details for major tradeshows including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and lead capture
- Quality control of “brand” and image to ensure consistency on all marketing communications, online and offline.
- Providing support for marketing research and analysis, including gathering data and preparing reports.
- Collaborating with the management team, Sales staff and all other departments to implement strategies to promote products or services.
- Working with internal and external partners including Marketing, e-Commerce, Corporate Communications.
- Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- A minimum of a Bachelors degree in marketing and/or administration
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Marketing experience particularly in content creation, for trade shows, website and social media content
- 4 Years of Office management experience in Canada
- Event planning experience.
- Effective communication and teamwork for collaborating with colleagues across different departments
