**PROJECT MANAGER - ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP)**

The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) employs approximately 4,000 dedicated staff who serve more than 35,000 students attending a variety of programs across 65 elementary and 11 secondary schools as well as continuing education and adult learning centres in the counties of Dufferin, Wellington and the City of Guelph. The UGDSB covers the ancestral and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Six Nations of the Grand River, and Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of **Project Manager - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) **for this full-time, permanent position.

**LOCATION**:Guelph Board Office (500 Victoria Rd. N, Guelph, ON)

**SALARY RANGE**:$90,906 to $113,632 per year (under review); 40 hours per week

**BOARD INFORMATION**:1.0 FTE; 12 months; permanent, full-time; Administrative Employees

The Project Manager - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), leads the Board’s initiative to modernize its ERP system and processes supporting Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance functions. The Project Manager - ERP will be responsible for directly supervising the ERP Project Team members.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Knowledge of relevant Board policies, operating procedures and Ministry of Education regulations and directives
- Current knowledge of operational needs and practices of HR, Payroll and Finance departments (e.g., Canada Revenue Agency reporting, Public Sector Accounting Board standards, collective agreement interpretation) with a focus on ERP system functionality used for transaction processing, data retention, records management, and management reporting needs
- Direct project management experiences with full ERP system transitions that demonstrates both the functional and technical skills necessary to lead change
- Demonstrated business analysis and business process analysis skills to enable continuous transformation of business processes

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce or Financial Administration an asset or experience deemed equivalent by the Board is required
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM) designations considered an asset
- Eight (8) or more years of related experience with demonstrated project management, training, presentation, and supervisory experience is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to professionally interact with staff at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders including software vendors and auditors
- Organizational, project and change management skills required to respond to multiple priorities, manage complex projects and ensure successful project outcomes
- Ability to learn new technologies (ERP, specialized software), often using a self-teaching approach, and to leverage this knowledge to implement new/improved business processes; analytical, troubleshooting and issue resolution skills used to identify and resolve problems/conflicts that may arise during a project
