SEO & Digital Content Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to attract leads and drive customer acquisition. Create innovative and targeted marketing campaigns tailored to business goals
**Social Media Management**: Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Plan and execute monthly content shoots and ensure consistent posting schedules.Engage with followers and build an online community.
**Content Creation**: Produce high-quality video content, reels, photography, and graphic designs for social media and websites. Deliver a minimum of 12 high-quality reels and 12 edited photos monthly.
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:Perform keyword research and implement on-page optimization.Ensure website speed, user-friendliness, and high rankings on search engines.Utilize tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GT Metrix for SEO audits and improvement.
**Advertising Campaigns**:Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) to boost brand awareness and sales.Monitor and adjust ad performance to reach target demographics effectively.
**Website Management**:Perform basic updates to the website, such as uploading flyers and maintaining content
**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Track campaign results using analytics tools and provide detailed reports. Recommend adjustments based on data insights.
**Branding and Consistency**:Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines, including colors, logos, and fonts.
**Collaboration**:Work with team members and stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
**Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills**:Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Proficiency in video editing, graphic design tools, and photography.Strong understanding of SEO tools and strategies (e.g., Semrush, Screaming Frog, GT Metrix).Experience with paid advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager.Creative Skills:Exceptional content creation skills for video, photography, and graphics.A creative approach to storytelling and audience engagement.
**Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
**Soft Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills.Time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to evolving goals and priorities.
**Preferred Experience**:
Proven track record in digital marketing and content creation.Knowledge of branding and design consistency.Prior experience in website management and updates
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
