Construction Project Manager

Location: 404 / Highway 7, Markham
Responsibilities:
- Work with General Manager on projects
- Respond to daily correspondence
- Help prepare simple project drawing submittals
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relations
- Assorted Administrative duties including answering the phone
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, verbal and written
- Some knowledge of blueprints and reading drawings
- Any drafting software knowledge - especially AutoCAD A working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software
