**What you will do as our new Sales Development Representative - Higher Education**:

- Generate new business opportunities from Outbound and Inbound prospecting
- Work in collaboration with other Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
- Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools to track and maintain leads
- Understand Explorance offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and objectives

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience)
- Strong work ethic - willing to put in the work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organization
- Strong phone presence, comfortable with high-volume, outbound cold calling

**Nice to have**
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or other relevant sales optimization tools
- Experience working in a dynamic and challenging, growing start-up environment

En tant que représentant.e du développement des ventes, vous prospecterez le marché de l'enseignement supérieur en Amérique du Nord. Vous serez chargé.e de générer des pistes et des opportunités de vente par le biais de prospections sortantes et entrantes par téléphone, courriel et contacts sociaux. **Ce que vous ferez en tant que nouveau représentant du développement des ventes - **enseignement supérieur**:

- Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales à partir de la prospection entrante et sortante.
- Utiliser une combinaison de méthodes de prospection, y compris l’appel à froid, le courriel et la sensibilisation sociale.
- Travailler en collaboration avec d’autres représentants du développement des ventes et des chargés de clientèle.
- Rendre compte de toute nouvelle tendance du marché susceptible d’apporter un éclairage supplémentaire aux services des ventes et du marketing.
