Clinical Specialist

Ethicon, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to cover acute care sites in Montreal and the South shore. This sales role is based in Montreal.

This role presents an opportunity to join an exciting segment of the healthcare industry and one of the world's leading healthcare companies. You will be part of the Ethicon sales team in Quebec and through relationship building with customers and collaboration with other team members, determine how Ethicon's products and solutions can support our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new growth opportunities and delight customers with Ethicon’s products and solutions.
- Support the current business by delivering outstanding customer service and experience.
- Execution of national/regional/local promotional activities and programs for Ethicon products.
- Contribute to Ethicon’s success by providing insights on the market, customers, and environmental changes.
- Develop strong clinical knowledge and build relationships with our key clinical customers.
- Support business needs and regulatory obligations.
- Some overnight travel is required.

- Social: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You know how to connect with people and develop strong relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of a university degree is required. Preferably connected to healthcare.
- Nursing experience in the O.R. would be a great asset.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
