We are looking for an energetic, super-supportive, retail-savvy individual to join our Franchise Field Support team.

In your role as a Franchise Field Support Specialist (FSS) you will provide front line support to new franchisees to help them launch and grow their studio business in line with our system standards. You will be our Brand Ambassador, trained in all aspects of our brand, systems and support, so you can guide our franchise partners in using our business tools and best practices to achieve operational excellence and deliver remarkable customer experience. You will work closely with the Head Office team to ensure that all elements of the franchise business operating system are implemented seamlessly, and the Crock A Doodle brand is proudly and properly represented.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Serve as a liaison between Head Office and our growing franchise network, developing healthy relationships built on trust and open communication
- Provide front line training and support to new franchisees in all areas of the studio operations, including customer care, staffing and scheduling, pottery painting, kiln production, local store marketing and inventory management best practices.
- Assist in new studio set up/resale studio re-sets, on-site operational training, and onboarding support
- Support franchisee use of company-wide initiatives, including marketing, promotions, technology, learning management systems, POS systems and business-building tools
- Review and evaluate studio performance reports and brand standard checklists focusing on performance goals and growth
- Commit to regularly scheduled communication by phone, video conference and in-person with franchisees
- Receive, manage and respond to daily franchisee questions and requests, bringing in Head Office specialists where appropriate to tackle more complex scenarios
- Provide Head Office with relevant and timely insights from the field to ensure problems are addressed promptly and great ideas are quickly shared across the system.
- Work alongside a Head Office team dedicated to growing the brand one successful studio at a time.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a genuine people-person
*Strong organization and time management skills, and keen attention to detail
*Effective, timely follow-up and multitasking skills
*Proactive problem-solving, ability to handle conflict in a calm and confident manner
*Self-starter, results-oriented, enthusiastic and overall good vibe
*Adept in Microsoft office, social platforms and new technology

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
*Undergraduate degree/diploma and / or 2-3 years of retail operation experience
*Previous franchise support experience considered an asset
*Willing to work evenings and weekends when required
*Travel is required (up to 25 - 50%, primarily Southern Ontario)
*Reliable transportation
*Position will work primarily out of Cambridge ON
