**THE ROLE**
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Personnel Support Programs (PSP), as the incumbent you plan, coordinate, manage, monitor and evaluate the execution and delivery of PSP operations, including messes and facilities. You plan, analyze, evaluate, formulate, develop, adapt and implement financial and administrative methods, procedures, standards and guidelines. As the Deputy Manager, PSP, you advise, guide and direct managers and lead activities in the day-to-day operation of applicable facilities. You collaborate in the development of budgets and business plans and track revenues and expenses. You administer, analyze and forecast budgets, expenditures and financial activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Recreation/Sports Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field.

In planning, coordinating and managing business operations
In preparing marketing strategies

In managing facilities
In personnel administration
In budget administration
