As the central agency for the Government of Saskatchewan, Innovation Saskatchewan is responsible for implementing the province's innovation priorities and growing the technology sector. Innovation Saskatchewan develops policies and programs and conducts activities that assist in the implementation of research & development, science, and technology for the province. This includes development and operation of Saskatchewan’s research and technology parks in Saskatoon and Regina.

**Responsibilities**

We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator for a 13-month term to join our Property Management team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position will be responsible for the following:

- Providing the Saskatoon Property Management team with administrative support and coordination for all Saskatoon service contracts, including access control, custodial, safety inspections and security
- Ensuring servicing requirements are met and delivered to maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction and an exceptional park experience
- Providing the Facilities team with administrative and backup support, including meeting and amenity spaces
- Providing excellent customer service skills to the tenants in our Saskatoon park

- Familiarity with contract terminology and administration
- Drive to be innovative and creative in your work and be a problem solver
- Ability to be a collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills who can also function independently with a high level of initiative
- Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational techniques and skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high pressure situations
- Good mediation and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3 years of experience working in a related role preferred
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce or Business Administration preferred
