Shipping & Receiving Clerk

**Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Inspects all incoming units for the Landing Gear, Wheel, and Brake Departments.*
2. Create purchase orders for all vendor repairs.*
3. Scans all completed work orders.*
5. Creates work orders for all incoming units in Quantum and Microsoft Access.*
6. Inspects units to be shipped prior to packing.*
7. Uses UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other major freight companies to create international and domestic shipments.*
8. Packs outgoing shipments into various sized boxes and envelopes using a foam machine and electric tape dispenser.*
9. Communicates with representatives in all departments to confirm customer needs and rectify customer issues.*
10. Uses forklift to assist all departments.
11. Maintains responsibility for shipping and receiving area trash removal.
12. Drives company van for vendor and corporate airline pick-up and delivery.
13. Uses pallet jack for incoming and outgoing shipments weighing over 150 pounds.
14. Palletizes and stretches wrap all used/scrap tires for removal.
