Our Business Delivery Leads report into our Corporate Underwriting department and work closely with Business Leads. They translate business needs into system requirements; ensuring the successful delivery and implementation. They understand Underwriting needs as well as business vision and strategy in order to prioritize investment, business value, and delivery.

Our BDLs serve as the day-to-day decision-makers while providing continual business guidance and workflow management to the execution and project delivery teams. Consistent liaising with multiple stakeholders means that our BDLs are skilled communicators, with an ability to foster relationships with many people, including those in Corporate Underwriting and IT. The ability to negotiate and influence is also a key attribute that make our Business Delivery Leads successful in this role.

You’re great at:
- Being an Insurance Product Owner- Process improvement, project delivery, and working in an Agile environment- Managing multiple, competing priorities

You have:
- 6+ years of Underwriting experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or relevant work experience)- Experience leading cross-functional teams
