Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux existe depuis plus de 35 ans et est le plus grand spa de l'ouest de l'île de Montréal. Nous sommes fiers d'être le seul spa de la région à offrir un circuit d'hydrothérapie intérieur. Notre objectif est d'améliorer continuellement notre service à la clientèle afin d'offrir à nos clients réguliers une variété de traitements et de services de haute qualité dans un environnement de spa relaxant et paisible. **Description de tâches**:
- Prendre des rendez-vous par téléphone et gérer les réservations en ligne.
- Gérer et optimiser le carnet de rendez-vous.
- Rappeler les clients pour les demandes de renseignements et les changements de programme.
- Connaît les différences et les aspects techniques de chaque type de traitement et peut fournir aux clients des conseils et des suggestions pertinents.
- Gérer les profils des clients et s'assurer que toutes les informations requises sont incluses.
- S'assurer que tous les clients sont au courant des politiques d'annulation et de remboursement du spa.
- Vendre et promouvoir les services.
- Faire de la vente incitative, le cas échéant, en informant les clients des offres spéciales et des forfaits disponibles.
- Participer à des réunions et à des séances de formation, le cas échéant.
- À la demande de la direction, effectuer des tâches administratives ou d'autres tâches jugées raisonnablesPrendre les rendez-vous au téléphone et en personne ainsi qu’effectuer la gestion les rendez-vous en ligne.

- Vous êtes sociable et sérieux d’offrir un service à la clientèle de niveau supérieur.
- Bilingue (vous êtes capable de discuter avec vos clients en français et en anglais).
- Vous êtes ponctuel, organisé, fiable et amical et possédez un excellent esprit d’équipe.
- Vous détenez une grande capacité d’adaptation, énergétique et avez une attitude positive.
- Vous êtes capable d’effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Capacité à gérer un grand nombre d'appels.

**Job description**:
- Takes appointments over the phone and manages online bookings.
- Manage and maximize the appointment book.
- Call back customers for inquiries, and schedule changes.
- Knowledgeable about the differences and technicalities of each treatment type and can provide clients with pertinent advice, and suggestions.
- Manage customer profiles and ensure that all required information is included.
- Ensure all clients are aware of the spa’s cancellation and refund policies.
- Selling and promoting services.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of specials and packages that are available.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- At the request of management, perform administrative or other tasks deemed reasonable.
**Criteria**:
- You are personable and serious about providing the highest level of customer service.
- Bilingualism (you can engage with your client in French and English).
- You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly, and you have an excellent team spirit.
- Highly adaptable, organized, positive, energetic, and polite.
