**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on food preparation, bartending, and team management
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including cash handling, food service, and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and staff members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
