Job description

We’re a fast-paced urban residential design/ build firm that is growing and seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our energetic team.
- Residential architecture/ construction
- Is proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software

And is also
- Resourceful
- Detail-oriented
- Professional
- Productive and efficient

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation of detailed contract drawing sets, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications
- Upkeep of detailed working construction drawings, including floor plans, exterior elevations, interior details, and specifications
- Design Collaboration

General information:

- Office location: #100, 1604 10 Avenue S.W.
- Office hours: Monday
- Friday, 9:00- 5:00
- Start time: As soon as possible
