We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join the growing team at Eager Beaver Moving

**WHAT IS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (WAREHOUSE AND FLEET) LOOK LIKE AT EAGER BEAVER MOVING?**

The Operations Supervisor should bring a positive, forward focused attitude to the table. They need to have strong leadership skills and be comfortable mentoring teammates. This person needs to be well organized, manage their time wisely and be an excellent problem solver by anticipating needs or problems before they arise. The Operations supervisor will be an excellent delegator, always be hungry for more and ready for growth. They fit with EBM core values and understand the importance of strong company culture.

- Experience in leading a growing entrepreneurial business with operations within and outside a major city.
- Proven success in setting KPI’s and reporting on departmental metrics.
- Experience in coaching, leading, and mentoring a team of young, hard-working, passionate people, setting them up for success in their roles.
- Hands-on experience in operations and team accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented and thrives on challenges.
- Exceptional customer service, strong organization, and scheduling experience.
- Experience in overseeing warehouse and fleet management.
- Understanding of the residential and commercial moving industry.
- Familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or an EOS run company.
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate clearly with multiple levels of the company.
- Understand full spectrum of challenges in the field and internally.
- Desire to make a long-term commitment and become the overall go-to person for the business.
- Able to manage time sensitive tasks and stay calm under pressure.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES - What am I accountable for?**
- Leading and managing various EBM teams and personnel (Fleet, Warehouse, Drivers, Movers)
- Scheduling and planning of manpower and time efficiency by regularly reviewing attendance, performance, and paperwork.
- Providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service including addressing and resolving complaints and service issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed to EBM standards.
- Lead and manage warehouse team (Inbound and outbound storage, container tracking, inventory management, shipping and receiving, cleanliness of work environment)
- Lead and manage fleet team (Vehicle maintenance, driver compliance, permits, audits)
- Oversee and review for billing accuracy.
- Own the goals and scorecard in the areas you are responsible for.
- Identify efficiencies or inefficiencies in the business to promote scalability and/or repeatability of regular processes.
- Adhere and hold people accountable to industry safety standards.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Recognize and recommend developmental opportunities for staff including conducting performance reviews and creating next steps in their developmental plan to move forward.
- Be a compassionate and understanding leader

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years in an Operations Role
- 3+ years of exceptional planning and scheduling experience
- 2+ years managing people
- 2+ years of experience working with field crews

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
- General business hardware and software capability (Google Platform)
- Would be a plus if you had experience with Samsara (GPS Tracking)

**KEY DELIVERABLES/ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Accountability for company processes within job scope, identify inefficiencies and streamline processes for operations
- Warehouse Profitability
- Create KPI’s to address direct labor percentage and claims percentage of revenue, problem solve key areas where issues are identified.
- Team attendance and professionalism
- Billable Hours (Remedy issues and Revise Processes to capture real time data)
