Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the bar team, including bartenders, servers, and support staff

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- Train new employees on bar procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for events or special promotions

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
- Proven track record in team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Familiarity with restaurant management software for inventory tracking and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
