Irving Shipbuilding Inc. is seeking a **Project Manager, Ship Repair - Fleet Introduction.**

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent
- MBA, MASc, or equivalent an asset.
- Formal Project Management Qualification (preferred)
- Experience: 10+ years in shipbuilding or warship operations
- Strong understanding of warship operating lifecycles
- Program Delivery Knowledge regarding, Budget Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, Project Management, Reporting and Metrics.
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage performance of the Repair Projects by leading regular stakeholder reviews (scope, cost, schedule, risk).
- Ensures customer expectations are aligned and executed and manage external communication and reporting at Director level or equivalent.
- Manages internal critical project transition communications.
- Accountable for Project Transition Risk Management
- Change Management: Interfaces with the enterprise to manage change that impacts transition.
- Identify, develop, and implement a robust Project Transition governance structure.
- Accountable for the Project Transition sections of the Project Management Plan and Operating Plan
