Irving Shipbuilding Inc. is seeking a **Project Manager, Ship Repair - Delivery Performance.**

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent

o Maintenance Management and Asset Management (preferred)

o NATO Secret or equivalent

o Formal Project Management Qualification (preferred)

o Program Delivery Knowledge regarding, Budget Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, Project Management, Reporting and Metrics.
- Experience: Strong understanding of equipment operating lifecycles
- 5+ years of experience in project management or maintenance/asset management
- Strong capability in Process Mapping and Development
- All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage performance of the Repair Projects by leading regular stakeholder reviews (scope, cost, schedule, risk).
- Ensures customer expectations are aligned and executed and manage external communication and reporting at Director level or equivalent.
- Manages internal critical project transition communications.
- Accountable for Ship Repair business
- Change Management: Interfaces with the enterprise to manage change that impacts project performance.
- Identify, develop, and implement a robust Project Delivery Performance governance structure.
- Accountable for the Project Delivery Performance sections of the Project Management Plan and Operating Plan
