Ticketing Executive

**Job Information**:
Handle airline ticket bookings and reservations for both domestic and international flights.
Create and manage Passenger Name Records (PNR), issue and reissue tickets using GDS systems like Galileo, Saber, and Amadeus.
Calculate fares, manage cancellations, and make changes to reservations.
Work with airlines and travel partners to find the best travel options for customers.
Assist with Visa and package tour inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and requests quickly.
Address issues that can boost bookings or reservations.
Upsell additional services or special packages to customers.
Stay updated on airline and travel industry news and share updates with the reservation and sales teams.
Complete any other tasks assigned by management
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficient in using GDS technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in ticketing and reservation roles.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Can handle pressure well.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable using travel booking software and other computer programs.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
