**Job Title**: Telephone Sales Representative (B2B)
**Location**: In Office/ Remote/ Hybrid
**Job Type**: Part-time to Full-time (Flexible Transition)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
**Compensation**: Base + Commission (Potential for above-average income)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses to promote and sell our subscription-based recruiting services
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in targeted industries
- Present the value and benefits of our services to potential clients
- Manage and track leads through our CRM system
- Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B telephone sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Comfortable working remotely
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during business hours
