**Role Summary**: As a Product Manager, your role involves taking ownership of the product and facilitating effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders. You will manage backlogs, prioritize development activities, ensure timelines align with requirements, and maintain visibility of development status.

Additionally, you will oversee root cause analysis, technical support, and establish systems for issue management. Adopting the Scrum methodology will enable efficient development practices.

**What you will do**
- Take ownership of the software product and manage development timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Professional Services (PS) and other management stakeholders to gather insights and market trends and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate the translation of product requirements from stakeholders into actionable tasks for developers.
- Discuss new and existing feature requirements with stakeholders, facilitating productive conversations and documenting them appropriately.
- Manage the product backlog and bug tracking backlog, ensuring effective prioritization.
- Prioritize development activities based on stakeholder requirements and business goals, managing development timelines accordingly.
- Ensure timelines align with customer and other stakeholder requirements and broader business objectives.
- Communicate development activities and progress to key stakeholders, providing visibility into the status of development in different stages (planning, design, in-progress, etc.).
- Oversee the management of root cause analysis, coordinating efforts to identify and address underlying bugs and issues.
- Provide oversight for technical support related to the products, establishing and maintaining systems for logging, categorizing, and responding to bugs and issues, configuration challenges, and new feature requests.
- Embrace and implement the principles of scrum methodology, fostering efficient collaboration, planning, and execution of development sprints.
- Act as a product champion and build awareness and understanding, by providing technical support, product documentation and training for stakeholders.

**What you will need (Required Qualifications)**

**Formal education or equivalent**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

**Years of experience**
- Should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience

**Specialized skills, **knowledge** or certifications unique to this role**
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry is desirable.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Certifications or additional training in product management are a plus.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux Server and Networking.
- Ability to work remotely and effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment, and experience with DevOps practices and tools such as GITEA, and Jenkins.
- Good working knowledge of Software Development and Help Desk solutions like JIRA, Backlog, Tuleap or similar.
