Reporting to the Marketing Lead, Talent Acquisition you’ll join our dynamic team and play a vital role in shaping the future of health care. Your focus in this role will be on implementing innovative strategies that drive recruitment efforts for medical staff and physicians to help support the opening of the redevelopment site at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, as well as other sites within the Fraser Health region.

This 2-year temporary full-time role is a flexible hybrid/work-from-home position, with occasional office days based at the Central City office tower in Surrey, BC, Royal Columbian Hospital or other sites within the Fraser Health region.

**What you’ll be involved in**:

- Developing and leading full-cycle recruitment marketing initiatives aligned with the Fraser Health employer brand, including reporting and analysis
- Supporting the marketing and involvement of recruitment events and virtual career fairs specifically tailored for the recruitment of medical staff and physicians to Royal Columbian Hospital
- Providing day-to-day support on recruitment marketing activities which may include graphic design and website updates
- Collaborating closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership, and Physician recruitment teams in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives

**Qualifications you’ll have**:

- Proven experience in campaign management tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel, from planning to execution and analysis, with an understanding of relevant KPIs and metrics
- Strong visual design skills - bonus if you’re knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other visual design software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse teams
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement

**Preferred skills/experience**:

- Previous experience in health care or a large complex, multi-level organization
- Previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition marketing
- Experienced in event management and promotions

Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:

- Recommends, develops, implements and evaluates recruitment market strategies for Talent Acquisition Client Partners and Fraser Health client groups that enables Fraser Health to meet its strategic recruitment goals in the market place; develops programs to promote Fraser Health as a career and an employer of choice.
- Consults with others in Fraser Health, external professional organizations and industry to provide specialized marketing knowledge, specifically in the area of healthcare recruitment; ensures service delivery is aligned with FHA business needs and strategic directions.
- Develops tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Participates in Advertising Planning Committee; provides consultation to the Client Partners regarding their advertising needs and assisting the Client Partners with the development of templates for website.
