Succès du client
- Créer, développer et entretenir des relations approfondies avec les clients et apporter « le meilleur de Kyndryl ». L'objectif est d'établir et de maintenir de manière crédible des relations avec la clientèle valorisées avec les responsables de l'expérience. Il s'agit de créer des clients référençables.
- Faire office de conseiller principal auprès des équipes des clients et de comptes de Kyndryl et différencier Kyndryl grâce à notre valeur unique et en utilisant pleinement notre écosystème.
- Assumer la responsabilité de l'exécution des contrats et de l'excellence opérationnelle pour les comptes gérés. Cela inclut l'outil Net Promoter Score du client/la satisfaction du client et les activités liées à l'établissement de relations et au renforcement d'équipe en vue de la satisfaction des clients/employés.
- Devenir un conseiller de confiance à la fois pour les clients et les équipes de comptes de Kyndryl dans l'environnement zCloud.

Succès commercial
- Être responsable de la stimulation d'une croissance rentable grâce à une approche consultative et à Kyndryl Consult.
- Être responsable de la génération de ventes potentielles jusqu'à la conclusion, en définissant une nouvelle portée et une nouvelle valeur et en réduisant l'érosion dans nos activités en cours et les renouvellements.
- Conceptualiser et exécuter une solide « stratégie gagnante » afin de convertir les nouvelles transactions pour les comptes ciblés.
- Assurer la rentabilité des comptes, menant ainsi à l’amélioration de la marge d'exploitation des activités existantes tout en générant une croissance rentable.
- Augmenter l'utilisation et la facturabilité des ressources affectées à leurs comptes.
- Diriger des actions et des programmes visant à accroître l'adoption et l'acceptation de zCloud.

Expertise distinctive
- Développer une expertise sectorielle approfondie et l'utiliser afin d'aider les clients à créer de la valeur.
- Être un leader éclairé, avec l'espoir d'effectuer un travail facturable lors des projets pour le client, responsable des discussions au sujet de la transformation informatique avec les responsables de l'expérience en faisant ressortir toute la valeur de Kyndryl pour le client.
- Diriger l'exécution tout au long du cycle de vie du client, depuis la signature du contrat/la transition jusqu'à la fin de la relation.
- Agir comme un ouvreur de portes à l'établissement de nouvelles relations chez le client.
- Assurer la conformité des comptes et les diriger avec intégrité.

Personnel
- Investir dans le perfectionnement des personnes dans le compte et au sein de Kyndryl afin de former la nouvelle génération de talents grâce au leadership d'une équipe immédiate et élargie.
- Encadrer les associés de comptes débutants et offrir une évaluation des compétences.
- Aider Kyndryl à atteindre ses objectifs en matière de diversité, d’équité et d’inclusion.
- Agir en tant qu'intendant de la culture de Kyndryl.

Customer Success
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer relationships and bring 'the best of Kyndryl' to credibly build and maintain valued CxO customer relationships; create referenceable customers
- Senior advisor to Customer and Kyndryl Account teams; differentiate Kyndryl based on our unique value and through making full use of our ecosystem
- Responsible for contract execution and operational excellence for led accounts, including customer Net Promoter Score/Customer Satisfaction and relationship & team building activities for customer / employee satisfaction
- Becoming a trusted advisor for both the Clients and the Kyndryl account teams in the zCloud environment

Commercial Success
- Responsible to drive profitable growth leading with a consultative approach and KD Consult. Responsible for lead generation through to closure, driving new scope and value, and minimizing erosion in our ongoing business and renewals
- Conceptualize and execute strong “win strategy” to convert new scope deals for targeted accounts
- Ensures account profitability, leading operating margin improvement of existing business while generating profitable growth. Increases utilisation and billability of resources assigned to their account
- Drive actions and programs to grow zCloud adoption and acceptance

Distinctive Expertise
- Be a thought leader, with expectation to be billable on projects for the customer, responsible for CxO IT transformation discussions brining all off Kyndryl’s value to the cust
