**Fleet Services Administrator**

We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service and technical skills. Working in a non-routine and complex environment, the Fleet Services Administrator is accountable for assisting in the management of the day-to-day reporting activities for both the internal services, facilities, and the third-party vendor network. In addition, the incumbent is accountable for compiling and analyzing data to produce findings, metrics and indices that will enhance the performance of the Fleet department and its associated businesses.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Support the fleet coordination and administration on the day-to-day tasks, programs, and initiatives
- Prepare, update, and analyze documents, reports, and presentations
- Prepare presentations and materials for program initiatives, meetings, and training
- Assist with auditing and ensuring accurate record management and prepare analytical reports
- Manage data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting
- Provide effective and accurate communication between departments, leadership, service providers, and third-party vendors
- Establish or enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and manage KPI’s to drive improved performance aimed at enhancing overall productivity and the customer experience
- Provide customer service for incoming requests or calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Perform administrative functions related to filing, shop work orders, and all third party billing
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in an administrative position
- Previous experience working in fleet department or in an automotive customer service position
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience in business writing, drafting correspondence, minute taking, writing reports etc.
- Experience using maintenance management systems
- Strong understanding of maintenance/operations procedures
- College or University degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
