**Résumé**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Scanner, examiner et vérifier les factures
- Faire correspondre et traiter les factures dans le système comptable
- Préparer et analyser les paiements mensuels intersociétés.
- Préparer et valider les paiements hebdomadaires (ACH, Wire...)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département des achats et le département de la réception pour résoudre les divergences entre les factures, les commandes et les reçus.
- Rapprocher et analyser les états des comptes fournisseurs
- Coordonner avec les différents départements et résoudre les problèmes de factures impayées.
- Traiter toute la correspondance avec les fournisseurs par téléphone ou par courrier électronique
- Aider à la clôture du mois
- Participer à l'audit de fin d'année
- participer à l'amélioration continue des procédures relatives aux comptes fournisseurs
- Apporter un soutien ponctuel à l'équipe financière

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
- Connaissance des processus de la comptabilité fournisseurs
- Capacité à gérer un volume important de factures
- Organisé et autonome pour respecter les délais
- Esprit d'analyse et souci du détail
- Compétences interpersonnelles et esprit d'équipe
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel et Outlook
- Connaissance d'un logiciel de numérisation des comptes fournisseurs un atout
- Expérience pertinente d'au moins 2 à 3 ans dans le domaine des comptes fournisseurs (de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier)
- Solides compétences en communication en anglais et en français, un atout

**Summary**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scan, review and verify invoices
- Match and process invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare and analyze monthly intercompany payables
- Prepare and validate weekly payments run (ACH, Wire...)
- Work closely with purchasing department and receiving department to solve discrepancies between invoices, orders and receipts
- Reconcile and analyze accounts payable statements
- Coordinate with various departments and resolve unpaid invoices issues
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with year-end audit
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures
- Ad-hoc support to Finance team
