**Position Overview**:The Burger King Restaurant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the Burger King restaurant. The manager will lead a team of staff members, deliver excellent customer service, maintain brand standards, and ensure the restaurant's financial success. The Burger King Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in creating a positive and efficient dining experience for guests while upholding the Burger King brand reputation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers. Provide guidance, performance feedback, and ongoing training to maintain a motivated and effective team.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that the restaurant consistently delivers excellent customer service in line with Burger King's brand standards. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Operations Management**: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with Burger King's operational guidelines.

**Food Quality and Safety**: Ensure the timely and consistent preparation of food products, following Burger King's recipes and quality standards. Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures to guarantee safe food handling.

**Financial Performance**: Monitor and control restaurant expenses, labor costs, and inventory levels to achieve financial targets. Work to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency while meeting Burger King's financial guidelines.

**Training and Development**: Implement training programs to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and service excellence. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.

**Marketing and Promotions**: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute national and regional marketing campaigns and promotions. Utilize local advertising and promotions to drive guest traffic and increase sales.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA and local health department requirements. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of products while controlling costs.

**Scheduling**: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs efficiently.

**Performance Analysis**: Analyze restaurant sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience.
- Understanding of restaurant financials, cost control, and budget management.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with Burger King's operational guidelines and brand standards (preferred but not always required).
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
